2/26/23. In a few short months Spring will be here! We can’t wait for the grass to green up and neither can our herd. On June 1, we will be celebrating 9 years raising Texas Longhorn cattle. It has been a journey full of lessons learned and getting a little bit better each year. We welcomed in a new game changing Jr. Herd Sire in July 2021, TCC 50 Bullets bred by Bill & Judy Meredith. His sire is the 90” TTT TCC Gunsmoke and dam is the 2018 top selling cash cow, the $76K PCC 50 Dimples. We have 7 calves on the ground from Bullets and could not be happier with their calm disposition, conformation, early horn growth and color variation. Our new slogan is “Making Every Shot Count” and we feel TCC 50 Bullets is going to make that happen for our program. We will have most of our cows bred to Bullets for 2023 calves and plan to have several of his progeny on this year's Futurity circuit.
